HOW MANY PHOTOS/VIDEOS SHOULD YOU EXPECT FOR AN EVENT?

Every event is unique, and photos/videos are delivered accordingly (we will never limit the number of photos or videos to a specific number). However, you can expect a delivery in the range of 400-900 photos depending on the scale of the event. For video, we offer various options, including highlight reels (8-12 minutes), cinematic edits, and full coverage of your event.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY OF THE PHOTOS/VIDEOS TAKE?

Delivery will take around 2-8 months. This timeline ensures the highest quality is delivered, prioritizing quality over speed. Sometimes, we may be ahead of schedule, and you could receive your photos/videos early!

HOW DO THE HOURS OF COVERAGE WORK?

Depending on the package you purchase, we offer anywhere between 8 to 14 hours of coverage. These hours can be split up and allocated over two days if needed for your wedding and reception. Full video coverage is included within the selected hours of the package.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR IMAGES/VIDEOS?

All of our cameras have dual memory card slots, meaning all photos and videos are backed up on a secondary memory card in case the primary one fails. After the event, we also store all footage on a secure backup system to ensure your memories are safe.

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS OR EVENTS?

Yes, we do! We're happy to travel for destination weddings or events. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, and we'll discuss all details when planning your event.

DO YOU WORK WITH A SECOND SHOOTER OR TEAM?

For larger events, we often include a second shooter or team of videographers to ensure that all angles and key moments are captured. This option is also available as an add-on to your package.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE LIGHTING, ESPECIALLY FOR EVENING EVENTS OR LOW-LIGHT VENUES?

We are experienced in working with various lighting conditions, including low-light settings like evening receptions or dimly lit venues. We use professional lighting equipment and adjust our techniques to ensure the highest quality photos and videos, regardless of the lighting situation.

DO YOU OFFER ENGAGEMENT SHOOTS?

Yes, we do! Some of our wedding packages include a complimentary engagement shoot (e-shoot). If your package does not include one, or if you're interested in booking a stand-alone e-shoot, that option is available as well. We offer discounted rates on e-shoots for couples who have already booked us for their wedding.

WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TO PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY?

We take a candid, documentary-style approach to capturing the moments of your event. Our goal is to create a timeless and authentic narrative of your special day, blending natural, unposed shots with artistic compositions. However, when needed—especially during portrait sessions—we provide direction to ensure you look your best and feel comfortable in front of the camera.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT STRUCTURE?

Our payment structure is as follows:

(1) 30% at the time of signing;

(2) 60% a month before the event;

(3) 10% upon the delivery of your images and/or videos.
